Tread

One hour small group interval training class with treadmill based cardio, strength training and Pilates core based exercises for a total body workout.

Tread Circuit

During this fast paced class you will move through 18 different stations utilizing both the floor equipment and the treadmills. 

Tread Plus

Tread Plus is an 18 person class that is much like the signature Tread class with an additional floor rotation and more dynamic exercises. To attend, you must have completed at least five Tread classes.

Bike

Take indoor cycling to the next level with our state of the art equipment, high energy tunes, and motivating instructors. You’ll be cruising with Schwinn AC Performance bikes - we are proud to be the first studio in the state to offer them.

Camotread

A exciting and challenging boot camp style class that often incorporates games, drills, and interval style training both on the floor and the treadmill.  We recommend taking a TREAD class before attending Camotread.

Advanced TRX Training

A 45 minute class that allows participants to focus solely on advancing their practice in TRX. This class incorporates a deeper dive into the TRX moves you see in a Tread class along with challenging new combinations of moves using the TRX.

Mat Pilates

A one hour class focused on lengthening and stretching the muscles while simultaneously strengthening the body. This is a great compliment to a Tread classes and is recommended on an off day to help with recovery.

Yoga

A one hour yoga class that allows all levels to come together, with modifications available for those who need them and more advanced options for those who want to go further.

Bootybarre

Bootybarre is a fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. Bootybarre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre
