One hour small group interval training class with treadmill based cardio, strength training and Pilates core based exercises for a total body workout.

Camotread

Camotread is a bootcamp class with military style strength drills and treadmill based cardio. We recommend taking a Tread class before attending Camotread.

iBike

iBike takes indoor cycling to the next level with our state of the art equipment, high energy tunes, and motivating instructors, who are the best in town. This journey torch more than 500 calories per class - all in less than 45 minutes!  You’ll be cruising with Schwinn AC Performance bikes - we are proud to be the first studio in the state to offer them.

Tread+

Tread Plus is an 18 person class that is much like the signature Tread class with an additional floor rotation and more dynamic exercises. To attend, you must have completed at least five Tread classes.

TRX Flow

The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise- because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.

 
 

Strength & Stretch

A one hour class focused on lengthening and stretching the muscles while simultaneously strengthening the body. This is a great class to  take before or after Tread classes or on an off day to rest the body and help with recovery.

Tread Flow

This one-hour class combines all the benefits of our Strength & Stretch class on the floor with treadmill-based cardio. You are lengthening and stretching your muscles, while getting your heart rate up!

Yoga

A one hour yoga class that allows all levels to come together, with modifications available for those who need them and more advanced options for those who want to go further.
