One hour small group interval training class with treadmill based cardio, strength training and Pilates core based exercises for a total body workout.

Tread Plus

Tread Plus is an 18 person class that is much like the signature Tread class with an additional floor rotation and more dynamic exercises. To attend, you must have completed at least five Tread classes.



A boot camp class with military style strength drills and treadmill based cardio.  We recommend taking a TREAD class before attending Camotread.

TRX Flow

The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise- because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.


Strength & Stretch

A one hour class focused on lengthening and stretching the muscles while simultaneously strengthening the body. This is a great class to  take before or after Tread classes or on an off day to rest the body and help with recovery.


A one hour yoga class that allows all levels to come together, with modifications available for those who need them and more advanced options for those who want to go further.


Bootybarre is a fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. bootybarre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre
